  • [Ripjaws] F3-10666CL7D-4GBRH and Gigabyte GA-P55-UD3

Is [Ripjaws] F3-10666CL7D-4GBRH memory compatible with the Gigabyte GA-P55-UD3 motherboard?

The reason I ask is because I recently upgraded my computer with:

    Intel i7 860
    Gigabyte GA-P55-UD3
    [Ripjaws] F3-10666CL7D-4GBRH

I put it all together, reinstalled my OS and loaded the latest drivers (downloaded from the internet) for all of my hardware. I also checked and made sure that my BIOS is the latest version. However, in the morning when my computer is cold and I try to boot it up I get a Blue Screen of Death with the following ?Stop Code? and ?Error Message?:

    PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
    *** STOP: 0x0000004E (0x00000099, 0x000A1719, 0x00000004, 0x00000000)

This stop code is often associated with a memory problem.

    Thank you in advanced.

    Sincerely,

    Paul

Thank you for your quick response.

I tried the memory both at is default settings and using the XMP profile.
I did this both in "fail safe" and in "optimized" mode.

I haven?t touched any of the settings you mentioned.

By the way, I don?t really want to disable turbo mode. I spend a lot of extra money to get a CPU with that feature. Is that necessary to do this to get this memory to work in on mobo? ?Intel(R) Turbo Boost Tech .................. [Disabled]?

Do you have the proper RAM voltage and a command rate of 2T?

Pls offer comments on support I provide, HERE, in order to help me do a better job here:

Thank you again for your quick response.

The Profile DDR Voltage is 1.5V (which is correct.)
The Profile QPI Voltage is 1.1V (I don't know if this is correct or not.)

Using XMP - Profile 1 the Command Rate (CMD) is "2" with it set to "Auto".
Disabling XMP the Command Rate (CMD) is "1" with it set to "Auto".

With those settings, are you still getting that error? Try testing them individually to make sure you don't have a bad stick.
