POST up some BIOS pictures so we can see what you have everything set at.

Try CPU Ratio Setting 18, CPUVCore 1.35V
Try QPI/DRAM Core Voltage 1.50V, you will need to find the sweet spot for voltages.

Without changing to the proper settings, you will not be able to operate the memory at DDR3-2000. The CPU must be overclocked to operate DDR3-2000. I know you are not familiar with overclocking and setting the BIOS which is why I am telling you what settings to change.

If you do not want to touch anything try the XMP Profile and see if that will work for you.
