F2-8500CL5D-2GBPK on a P5Q Pro

Currently, when I use CPU-Z v. 1.47 it displays my rams max bandwith as 400Mhz (PC2-6400). I have already set the bios to run the ram at 1066. How do I fix this?

Mobo: Asus P5Q Pro
Proc: Intel 8400
Ram: F2-8500CL5D-2GBPK

it is related to our SPD value, not the timing you're running
so don't worry about it
