  • 2nd Falcon Dead and G.Skill won't respond to RMA request

    My 2nd 256GB Falcon is dead. I can't return it to the retailer. I've been trying to get G.Skill to RMA the drive, but they won't respond to my requests. I'm not sure what I can do? Am I really out $750? If so, I'll never purchase from them again.

        Does anyone have an updated link for RMA's?

        I have http://www.gskill.com/rma.php but it doesn't work.
