My 64 GB Falcon just died today. I ordered it from Newegg, but it is not eligible for RMA or an exchange because I ordered it on 8/2/09, and therefore it's way past their policy of 30 days.
So, I am wondering if I have any options directly through G.SKILL. If not, then I will just move forward and forget about it. After all, I called this purchase "an expensive experiment" because I didn't expect it to last very long.
Edit: I'm using the Falcon right now, so maybe it didn't die. But even so, that was one screwed up little problem and I will not ignore it. I'm going to be on my toes from now on and therefore I'll be backing up constantly.
Oh well. I'm glad to have the speed back, even if it is only for a short time (because now I don't know when it'll quit on me again).
