I just installed 4GB (2x2) of F2-6400CL4D-4GBPI-B on my Asus P5Q Pro with an E8500. I had to manually set the BIOS DRAM settings to DDR2-800 CAS 4-4-4-12. I am going to upgrade to VISTA 64 bit and would like to add another of the same RAM kit since my MB will support it. If I do, will I be able to run the 8 GB at the same DDR2-800 CAS 4-4-4-12? If not, what would you recommend? Thanks for your advise.

Now I'm trying lowering latencies but so far, still unstable.

Well I got replies on [H]ardocp from 2 who have 8 GB of similar RAM running at rated settings, but would still like to hear from the G.SKILL Tech ... I had a previous experience with Corsair where I bought the same 2x1 kit a year apart and had to loosen the timings for the 4x1 GB to be stable. The Corsair RAM Guy said that even though the kit names and ratings were the same, they were likely different chips.Asus P5Q Pro | E8500 | F2-6400CL4D-4GBPI-B (2x2) | Velociraptor 300GB | Thermalright Ultima w/Scythe Kama 92mm | Corsair HX 620w | eVGA GTX 260 | Lite-On DVD RW | Antec P160 w/4 120mm fans | WinXP Pro/SP3 32bit
