Make sure to set memory voltage to 1.64V. UCLK frequency should at least be 4000MHz to be able to operate DDR3-2000. If possible, post up screen shots of the BIOS so we can see what you have set incorrectly.

    Thank you

memery volts are 1.64v and UCLK is also on 4000MHz.when i put QPI to 1.50v then computer boots but recognizing only 4gb of ram and the system crash again.is asus p6t6 ws revolution compatible with 6 gb gskills triedent pc3-16000 running @ 2000MHz ?????and i cannot run my QPI @ 1.50 or above as it is not save for my CPU as mansioned in intel specs..

here is my default bios now tell what settings i shall do that my i7 950 overcloked to 4ghz run with this ddr3 ram @ 2000MHz?

The original settings should be fine. Try using the original settings but using each memory module individually. You may have a defective stick causing you issues. Make sure each memory module is working properly, if not, simply send them in for new replacements. The memory package you purchased is definitely compatible with your motherboard.

yes all are working fine i did checked them using single stick the problem is that when i try these 3 2 x 3gb stick @ 2000 MHz my computer only shows me 4 gb and computer craches but @ 1600MHz its working perfectly fine.its only problem @ 2000MHz

Send them in for new replacements, if it is showing only 4GB, there may be a bad stick causing you the issues unless you have 2GB reserved as virtual memory. Should not be having this many issues either, so it must be a bad stick.

but i checked all 3 sticks seperatly.they all dont work @ 2000MHz may be my CPU cannot take it.i mean if i take QPI to 1.60 then this ram @ 2000 boot in windows but sedenly crashes.i checked all 3 ram sticks seprtaly and it cannot be possible that these 3 are bad.please check my mobo asus p6t6 ws revolution mobo qualified ram vendors and then tell me what to do.

The processor should have no issues. With the following settings it should work fine. If it is only reading 4GB, I think there is definitely a bad stick..

                Ai Overclock Tuner - Manual
                CPU Ratio Setting - 18
                Intel SpeedStep Tech - Disabled
                BCLK Frequency - 200
                DRAM Frequency - DDR3-2000
                UCLK Frequency - 4000MHz
QPI Link Data Rate - AUTO

                DRAM Timing Control
                CAS Latency - 9
                tRCD - 9
                tRP - 9
                tRAS - 24
                Command Rate - 2N

                CPU Voltage - 1.30V
                CPU PLL Voltage - 1.85V
                QPI/DRAM Core Voltage - 1.50V
                IOH Voltage - 1.35V
                IOH PCIE Voltage - 1.6V
                ICH Voltage - 1.20V
                ICH PCIE Voltage - 1.60V
                DRAM Bus Voltage - 1.66V

                Load Line Calibration - Disabled

yes with that QPI or with QPI 1.6v it reads all 6gb but QPI of 1.5-1.6v is not recomended by intel for 24/7.when i put my QOI to 1.6v then it workis fine @ 2000MHz i checked it.curently my QPI is @ 1.4v for 1600MHz

It is not recommended, but that's why DDR3-2000 is not recommended as well. Intel states DDR3-1333 is the highest you should run, so if you're following their spec that's the highest you can go.

                      Thank you

Right, they are stable because they are automatically overvolting to the needed amount. If you want to operate at DDR3-2000, the high QPI/DRAM Voltage is necessary.

                          Thank you
