Trident Z RGB 32G 3866Mhz was £365, now £521!

I bought this memory 23rd Feb 2017 for £364 including UK VAT.

When I look today at the supplier site where I bought that it is £520.98!

Anyone know the reason for the 42% increase ?

Flash prices are going through the roof at the moment and increasing over the next year due to shortage. I think this is largely due to the increase in smartphones around the world. I noticed the same as you my 16gb Trident sticks were purchased for £180 in February and are now £220. £240 on other sites. Expect much of the same for NVME and SSD drives for 2017
