Does G.Skill DDR4 support XMP on H110/B150 chipset?

Hello, new member here. Does G.Skill DDR4 memory support XMP profiles on non-Z H110/B150 motherboards? What's the max speed possible? Is the V series or 4 series better for non-Z platforms?

It is more of a mainboard issue if XMP is supported or not. However since Intel locked the memory ratios of the H110 and B150 chipsets, you won't get that much out of it.
