  • KM780 RGB Sleep option not functioning correctly

initially i set the Sleep timer for 120s. and after all the hassle of creating another new lighting profile that sets all key LEDs to black, it worked fine.

now the Sleep Setting is stuck at 120s. no matter if i change the setting to different times or turn it off, it still persists at 120s.

after setting to my desired time i have Saved to Device Memory multiple times, both with it checked and again with it unchecked. nothing changes.

i want it set to "on" at 600s and though it shows 600s in the Sleep Setting display, it still sleeps at 120s and is impossible to alter.

Can we check with you which software/firmware version you're using?

        updating to latest offer,
        Firmware: 57
        Software: 0.105,
        has reset the Sleep settings.
but once again, after initially setting a time, i can not alter that time. the initial setting remains even with an updated number entered and saved.

and now i have lost all of my previous Profiles and Mode settings and have had to totally redo all of them. prior to the update i backed all of the profiles and all of the modes up separately, then also chose the "Backup all Profiles and Settings" option in the G.Skill software settings just to be sure.
with the newest firmware and software update, importing these old Profiles and Modes just leads to all black keys with no lighting or effects whatsoever.
