Using 102 in Windows 10 and I have just had all my settings, macros etc reset to default settings. Luckily the profile was still there and I just had to redo the macros using the dropdown selections, sleep timeouts and key colors etc. Most peculiar and a bit annoying though.

If this is a constant issue, it would help us a lot if we can pinpoint to when the keyboard consistently loses its settings.
1. Is it after a cold boot?
2. Is it after quitting or running a certain program?
3. Is it after waking from sleep or waking from hibernate?
4. Is it after a certain keystroke?
5. Is it after renaming something in the software?
And also as a bonus question, what is the Profile name? There may be concern that there may be special characters (that we haven't thought of yet) in the profile name might cause the settings stored in the software and on the onboard memory of the keyboard to mismatch, resulting in a profile reset. -
If it does it again I will try to figure out what was going on before it did it thanks.Comment
