Hello, i have a problem with the keyboard.

The problems caused for May update, i tried change few keys manually, but i "lose" one key in the process and the prifle is saved in keyboard memory. After downgrade the firmware using the guide, but the profile persist in the keyboard. The profile is saved in the keyboard memory and the only solution is using other profile.

I can delete a profile saved in the keyborad memory?

I can restore the keyboard to the Factory state?

If you have successfully downgraded the firmware, simply install the software version that goes along with it, you can pick either version 0.85 or version 0.87.
Afterwards go into the software and save the base default profile into your keyboard's memory.
That should do the trick.
