Hello I am trying to figure out the chipset for F4-3200C14Q-32GTZ so I can set it up in the bios?
Is Samsung.

You mean the ICs used on them?

From my guess that probably would be Samsung 8Gbit B-Die. However if you just want to run them at their specs, just use the XMP settings for that instead.

Yes Thankyou the Ic ....I agree with the XMP...but I am going to try it with the Godlike Carbon...even though
it is not a qvl recommended..... Do you have any settings that you can help me with? it would be great.
I also have the F4-3200C16Q-16GRKD which is QVL.
Custom timings and Voltages.
