Just bought DDR4-2800 ripjaw modules (2x16) (F4-2800C15D-32GVR)
Installing on Asus maximus VIII (Z170 chipset, Socket 1151)
Running an Intel i7 processor.
CL lists as 15-15-15-35

Please recommend BIOS and setup recommendations?

Yes I did install updated BIOS, Will this memory clock to 3000MHZ in XMP?

So enable profile 1 in BIoS check stability and then overclock?

Yes, if you raise voltage or timings then you can overclock higher
