would the F4-3200C16Q-16GRK work with a MSI X99A Gaming 9? i know it's not on the list but the F4-3200C16Q-16GRKD are but aren't they similar modules? since the F4-3200C16Q-16GRKD are barely for sale anymore and only place i found them they where tripple the price off the F4-3200C16Q-16GRK

Yes, the RAM can work, but DDR4-3200 can be difficult to reach. The i7-5960X CPU is necessary to have a good shot. Otherwise, it can run at 3000 , 2800, whatever the CPU can support. You will need to set it up in BIOS/UEFI -

was mostly wondering since the price between the 3000mhw kit and the 3200 kit is so close but only 3200 kit on the list for the gaming 9 is the F4-3200c16q-16gkrd but that one is pretty much unavailable everywhere these days
