  • New F4-3000C15D-16GTZB Fails Row Hammer

A new pair of F4-3000C15D-16GTZB is failing memtest's Test 13 Hammer test with:
[Note] RAM may be vulnerable to high frequency row hammer bit flips.

This is happening when "Parallel CPU's" is used for testing

    This is at SPD/2133mhz

I'm currently testing my system to see whether the warning shows up for me too (2 identical systems)

If it doesn't, should I return these RAM?

Tested the second system / old pair of TridentZ's

Similar Note + an actual row hammer error, 020 instead of 000

BIOS has accepted XMP issues (http://www.gskill.us/forum/showthread.php?t=13652), yet these are all happening at 2133mhz non-XMP

The new pair replaced Corsair Dominator's, since they were for X99, I didn't like using them with Z170, I'm not even sure whether the issue is worth another RAM change
