I have the following:

ASUS X99 Deluxe - BIOS Version 1103

Intel Core i7-5930K Haswell-E 6-Core 3.5GHz LGA 2011-v3 140W

G.SKILL Ripjaws 4 series 16GB (4 x 4GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C16Q-16GRKD

When I select XMP in BIOS and save the settings, the system won't boot until I press the MEM OK! button.

Should I be adjusting something else?

Make sure the Systems Agent Voltage is set.

With XMP, manually set the DRAM Frequency to a lower value like DDR4-2800 and see if that works first, then work your way up. Generally the Extreme CPU is necessary for DDR4-3200
