I'm not really looking to OC I just want to get things running stable. I just replaced my MB due to various problems and I'm getting random lock-ups with my ram in this board. The lockups don't seem to be related to load, (I get them browsing, watching a movie, or light gaming) so I'm hoping setting adjustments will do the trick.

I have four 4GB sticks, (two sets) totaling 16GB and need some help with some stable settings to use for this board if anyone can recommend any. I have the sticks paired in channels A1 & B1 and A2 & B2. When all four stick are installed I get Windows Memory Diag Tool errors right of the bat. I can install either set in slot A1 B1 and the pass the extended test clean. A voltage issue with 4 sticks?

EDIT: The bios is the latest version and all settings in bios are as shipped. (most set at Auto) I bought the sets of ram several months apart and they have production dates of Jan for one set of 2 and Nov for the other 2.

Try a higher voltage like 1.45V to see if that works better.

    Thank you
