    Hi there.

    CPU-Z and my BIOS detects that there are two sticks of ram available, but windows seven 64-bit only uses one and my BIOS only displays 4gb in the 'total memory' section whilst it indicates that two of the dimms are in use and displays the same specs for both-- so it's being detected.

    I'm not exactly sure how to fix it.

    Edit: Also, when I set the ram frequency to 800mhz, both channels are detected and everything is fine-- but I want to get all the speed which I paid for.

    Reseat the memory modules, they should be in the same color slots furthest away from the CPU.

    Enable DOCP in BIOS, then see how that works. You may need to boost CPU-NB Voltage slightly if the system is unstable.
