Hello. I need some help to make it work stable. I couldnt make it stable with Phenom x4 955 so I bought new CPU (Phenom X4 965 BE C3 ) but still cant get it to work.
My setup:
Mobo: ASUS M4A89TD PRO
CPU: Phenom X4 965 BE C3
RAM: F3-12800CL7D-4GBECO (2x2GB) 1.35v [sticks installed in blue slots (dual channel)]
CPU Bus Frequency: 200
DRAM Frequency: DDR3-1600
CPU-NB Frequency: 2400MHz.
HT link speed: 2400 mhz
DRAM Voltage 1.45
CPU-NB Voltage 1.25V
Timings: 7-8-7-24
DRAM Row Cycle Time: 40
DRAM WRITE Recovery Time: 12
DRAM Command Rate 2T
Computer freezes or gets BSOD after short time with these settings.
Tried also @ 1333 with timings 8-8-8-24 @ 1.35v but also started to freeze after some time.
After one of crashes it detects only 2047mb of RAM in BIOS(1 stick). Windows shows 4GB installed (2GB available). MemOK button doesnt help. I had this problem before and reinstalling CPU in socket helped. After that BIOS will show 4GB installed but again when it crash or freeze it will detect only 2047 MB. I have no idead why.
Ram Sticks were tested also with gigabyte MA74gmt mobo and phenom x3 445 and @1600 and they were working fine.
