I've been having an issue with intermittent blue screens (irq_not_less_or_equal) and I think it's due to some new memory I purchased from Newegg. The memory is F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL. So far with the memory not installed I haven't gotten any blue screens again. memtest ran fine with the memory installed though. I have a Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H motherboard with XMP turned on, Intel 4770k. No overclocking. My system has 8GB of F3-12800CL9S-4GBXL which it seems to run stable with. Is it ok to combine F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL and F3-12800CL9S-4GBXL?

Give it a shot to see if it can work. You may want to try manual settings instead of XMP.

I'm having the same issues with my F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL in the Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD4H with an intel 4670k.

I've tried changing the timings to every suggested configuration and still getting BSODs all over the place.

Do you have the latest BIOS? and did you try under XMP?
