    Hi,

I'm having some issues when testing my ram kit.
    I run several MemTest86+ v.4.20 :
    - with the four modules => test fails
    - with only one module (and test the others separately) => test fails

    This is my current configuration:

    CPU : Intel Core i7 3770
Motherboard : ASUS P8Z77-V (and last Bios version => 1805)
    DRAM configuration: XMP #1 - DDR3-1866 10-11-10-30 (1.50 V)
    Power Supply: Corsair HX 750

Any help will be greatly appreciate

Hard reset the BIOS and try again. If you can, post pictures of BIOS so we can check settings. Do you have any other memory to test with? Something may be defective, like the motherboard, if all modules individually have an issue.

    Thank you

      Thanks for your reply.
I clear the CMOS and start the memtest several times trying with different RAM bandwidths : 1333, 1600 and 1866 => each times tests fails.
You'll find the screenshot of RAM timings in attached file.
Unfortunately I don't have other DDR3 module to perform a memory test...
Do you need more information about configuration ?

How are your voltages, may want to try VCCSA to 1.2 and DRAM 1.55

Current voltage settings are (attached file):
          - DRAM Voltage : 1.513V
          - VCCSA : 0.925V

When I apply your changes for VCCSA (1.2V), it appears in red. This setting can damage DRAM module ?

Should be fine...some take up to 1.25...If stable with these settings, can then try lowering the VCCSA while maintaining stability

I test using XMP profile #1, and custom voltages as shown in attached files
But errors still remain in Memtest : http://sdrv.ms/Y68Toz
The current tested module serial number is : 12372100143390
              Others are :
              - 12372100143387
              - 12372100143388
              - 12372100143389
Might be a bad series ?

Can you post up the BIOS settings for the DRAM, both the basic timings and the secondary/advanced

If errors with each stick and any combo, I'd guess a mobo or CPU problem. If no other DRAM available might want to pull the CPU and check for any debris or thermal compound on bottom of CPU or in socket...also check the socket for bent or broken pins.
