  • F3-16000CL9-2GBTD 3x2 GB + Asus P6T SE + Core i7 920 @ 2.67 GHz

    Hello,

It's all in the title I guess.
I would like to know the settings for my three F3-16000CL9-2GBTD on an Asus P6T SE Motherboard with an Intel Core i7 920 2.67 GHz CPU.

I am not looking to overclock, just input the right settings in the BIOS so the RAM works according to its specs, not under.

DRAM Frequency / UCLK frequency / QPI / Voltages / Timings...

I'm fine with auto settings, as long as it doesn't "underclock" my RAM.

    Thanks is advance.

    Believe those are 9-9-9-24, 2T, 1.5

      Thank you for answering.

Unfortunately I am not sure what to do with such info.

      Here is my problem/question:

Taking a look at CPU-Z (screenshot), I get a big doubt as to whether my ram is actually functioning at its designed potential (that is to say 2000 MHz if I'm correct) or is totally underexploited just because all my BIOS settings regarding memory are Auto.

      What I am kindly asking:
The settings I should input in the BIOS in order to make it work just the way it is supposed to. Perhaps the Auto settings are fine after all... but I don't know that.

Very Important: I am certainly not willing to overclock my RAM or push it to the edge, I just want to make sure it's not "underclocked".

      Getting into it:
So the first setting I would like to know about is "Ai Overclock Tuner".
Should I put Auto or Manual or DOCP or XMP ?

Other following Ai Tweaker settings depend on this first one, what do I put there ?

Do I need to tune the DRAM Timing Control ? How so ?

And finally, same question about the Advanced CPU section settings.

Don't know if it's worth saying again but: I've got 3 RAM modules together

      Screenshots will follow

      Thanks in advance

Thank you very much Tradesman, I tried the XMP and everything has been working fine for the last 36 hours.

Here is what CPU-Z says now :

            How does it look?

Anything more to improve at this point?
