What type of cooler do you have for the CPU?

Have you tried memory level up? If you set it at DDR3-2000, it should automatically adjust to the settings needed to run at that speed. But many people have not had luck with this at 2000.

Under AI Overclock Tuner, there is ROG Memory Profile, you may want to try the different settings to see how they will react. I would be interested as well since I have never tried those, so if you could let me know that would be great.

Since you are overclocking, set your CPU Voltage at 1.3V. CPU PLL Voltage to 1.9V. DRAM/QPI Voltage to 1.6V. IOH and ICH PCIE Voltage to 1.6V. ICH Voltage to 1.2V.

Let me know the results and I'll be able to further assist you.

    Thank you

edit: the room is termo controlled: 20 degree celsius.

Yes, I've just tried it, I'm under memtest 2,11. The voltage given from mobo to ram is really high for DRAM/QPI Voltage: 1,53. Now we've passed the 15% and is running test 4.
It seems to work, let's wait for the test.

I'll edit this post with results later, thanks to you gskill tech, you're very polite.

      EDIT: W O R K S ! ! ! now I'll go back on 1600 and try to get 6 6 6 20 1t

What worked for you? Memory Level Up? Did you change voltages to all that I listed? Or only DRAM/QPI Voltage to 1.53V?

If you could post your BIOS pics for future people with the same combo, that would be great.

        Thank you

          Hi gskill tech,

Worked fine memory level up. It has increased only the DRAM/QPI Voltage to 1,53.
OK tomorrow I'll post the bios settings for other people.
          Thanks.
